The Method Of Setting Up The Tent Frame

Take out the universal rod and connect the rope to form three groups of herringbone structures.

Use universal rods to form the frame. After the basic frame is connected to the herringbone frame, take out the fabric of the tent and put it on the frame.

After the frame is formed, the pole is supported from the inside, and then the brackets in other parts are filled and installed, which will make the tent more firm.

Q: Is a steel or aluminum canopy better?

Q: How long should a shock cord be for a tent pole?

A: Based on the model and size of your tent, the amount of shock cord you will need varies. A 1-person tent will need a lot less cord than a 4-person tent, for example. As a reference, 2-person tent will typically require about 25-feet of shock cord, but we recommend having some extra shock cord handy just in case.

Q: Why do tent poles split?

A: Tent pole breakages can happen for many different reasons, mainly weather, flysheet tensioning or even when pitching the tent. As a precaution: Always make sure the pole ends are fully engaged into each other. Do not force the poles too much or they could break.
